Managed the team I hired and onboarded in my first 3 months, consisting of a graphic designer, podcast manager, marketing strategist, photographer, and copywriter.

Served as the operational and subject matter expert for the Foreign Exchange department for Latin America (sales and trading). Managed a portfolio of over 400 customers. Partnering with the Goldman Sachs e-trading platform, Marquee, optimized and converted over 250 accounts to more efficient avenues within the realm of online, self-directed FX transactions.

Drafted time-sensitive research documents focusing on human trafficking statistics in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. My research was presented by Tim Ballard in Washington D.C. to Congresswoman Mia Love and Senator Orrin Hatch in an effort to pass the End Human Trafficking Act. This bill was later passed in 2018 by the Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council.
